Jane Hunt had a minute of fame on The East Midlands Sunday Politics show on the BBC this Sunday. You can see Jane and what she had to say here (she appears at around 56 mins into the programme).
Jane was talking about the City Deal launched by the Conservatives in Government which gives out money for targeted regeneration to help the economy. Nottingham was given £25 million, and was allowed to spend some of this money up front. The amount of investment going into Nottingham from the Government is really tallying up.
The Conservatives are helping to get Nottingham's economy moving forward again.
